Getting Started

Call Forwarding

Conditional forwarding only activates when you miss a call β€” when your line is busy, you don't answer, or you're out of range. Your phone still rings normally first. Only missed calls go to LeadCapture Pro.
No. Answered calls work exactly as before. Only unanswered calls (after 25-30 seconds) forward to us.
Set up forwarding on each line separately. Contact support if you need help with multiple lines.

Troubleshooting

Try these steps: 1. Make sure you dialed the code correctly and heard a confirmation tone 2. Test by calling your business from another phone and letting it ring unanswered 3. Check Dashboard β†’ Setup Guide β†’ Test My Setup 4. If still not working, contact your carrier to confirm conditional forwarding is enabled
Check Dashboard β†’ Settings β†’ Notifications and confirm your phone number is correct and SMS alerts are toggled on.
Check Dashboard β†’ Lead Inbox. If it's not there, check that your Twilio number is correctly configured. Contact support if the issue persists.
This usually means call forwarding isn't active yet. Follow the Setup Guide and run the test.
