LeadCapture Pro provides AI-powered lead capture services to home service businesses across the entire United States. Our platform is designed to comply with federal regulations and provide consistent service nationwide.
All software, algorithms, AI models, branding, content, and intellectual property comprising LeadCapture Pro are proprietary and owned exclusively by LeadCapture Pro and its parent company. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.
Users of LeadCapture Pro are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all other applicable federal and state laws. This includes obtaining proper consent from customers before sending automated text messages.
All paid plans, whether billed monthly or annually, include the same 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start a trial. Your card will be charged on day 8 — the full monthly price for monthly plans, or the full annual price as a single lump sum for annual plans. You may cancel anytime before day 8 to avoid being charged.
Annual subscribers may switch to monthly billing only at their next annual renewal date; monthly subscribers may switch to annual billing at any time, with the difference prorated on their next invoice.
All subscription payments become due after your 7-day free trial period ends. By creating an account and starting your trial, you agree that once billing begins, all charges — monthly or annual — are final and non-refundable. This applies regardless of usage level or reason for cancellation. You may cancel anytime during your free trial at no charge, or cancel your active subscription at any time to stop future billing — cancellation does not retroactively refund the current billing period.
You may not use LeadCapture Pro for any illegal purpose, to send spam, or to harass individuals. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Any disputes arising from the use of LeadCapture Pro shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
